111. Notice of medical examination.- (1) In respect of initial medical examination, employer shall give at least seven days prior notice in writing to the person to be examined, in Form to be specified by the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator and a copy of every such notice issued shall be sent by employer to the examining authority. (2) In respect of periodical medical examination the manager shall give at least twenty days prior notice in writing to the person to be examined, in Form to be sepcified by the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator. (3) A copy of every such notice issued shall be sent by the employer to the examining authority along with previous medical certificates issued, pertaining to the persons concerned. (4) A person, who for any reasonable cause, fails to appear for the medical examination in accordance with the notice issued to such person, shall be given a second notice of a minimum period of ten days in Form to be specified by the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator, by the manager and a copy of every such notice shall be sent by the manager to the examining authority. (5) The examining authority shall inform the manager whether the person concerned has appeared for medical examination or not within one week from the date fixed for medical examination in the second notice.
